Combat Academy provides Self Defence training to people of all ages, abilities, shape and fitness levels. We not only provide physical and technical training, we provide extensive theory based training to support the physical techniques which includes personal safety, psychology, voice commands and much more all delivered at an age appropriate level. In addition, we offer anti-bullying programmes to schools, organisations and groups. combat Academy runs Military style Self defence boot-camp for young people. We have specific programmes for schools, colleges and universities with Anti-bullying, Travel Safe, Personal Safety and Safety Awareness. We teach reality based self defence unarmed combat and military style. Ideal for everyone. We use biomechanics is the art of exploiting the structure of the human body and its natural weaknesses. It is for this reason that anybody of any fitness level can enjoy and benefit from our training.
