Trust Care Management Ltd is an independent healthcare provider established in 2007. The company provides a wide range of care packages and supported living solutions in London, East Sussex, Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire; and continuously developing and expanding in the healthcare sector.
We provide personalised care that is tailored to a variety of people with specialist needs, offering a pathway from secure care to service users in need of community based services. A spectrum of care is provided including, but not limited to, Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Residential Care, Respite, Dementia, Early onset Dementia, End of Life Care, Acquired Brain Injuries, Mental Health needs and supported living within communities.

Placements for care provision in Residential/Nursing care or supported living services will vary in length of time according to individual needs, progress, long-term plans and choices. People using these services may receive support over a prolonged period or for short-term interventions. They may move between various community teams to ensure that their changing needs are accommodated.
Trust Care adopts an integrated holistic person-centred and Care Programme Approach (CPA) in its service delivery. We emphasise empowerment of people through support in promoting the Principles of Good Practice incorporated into our daily care provision, upholding service user's rights to privacy, dignity, choice, independence, fulfilment and security.
