Hi my name is Gail and I am a counsellor running my own practise Life in Harmony Counselling, here in Peterborough. My counselling practise is based in the Orton Longueville area of Peterborough and is run from my home. The counselling room is separate to the house, where it is private and secure and there is on road parking. My aim is to provide a calm, confidential and safe place where you can come and talk to me. I provide couples and individual counselling sessions in Peterborough for young adults upwards and am experienced working with people with ASD and their families. I am experienced in the areas of grief, trauma, childhood abuse, anger management, domestic violence, anxiety, low mood, Post natal depression and suicidal feelings and self harm. I have several years experience working with the Samaritans, counselling in Peterborough for Cruse Bereavement, in a local prison and with a local homeless charity. Short and long term counselling is available, I am a person centred counselling who utilises CBT, psychodynamic and transactional analysis within the session. This enables me to work with your past and present issues.
